But in recent years as the static-first approach to building websites and even webapps has exploded (aka the Jamstack), Jekyll has languished and Ruby has been left behind. So in the spring of 2020, I decided to fork Jekyll and put Ruby back on the Jamstack map. That project is Bridgetown!
