For my final project with Flatiron School I was prompted to use create-react-app with a Ruby on Rails backend. I had to piece together several tutorials in order to get the two working together. I'm going to recreate the project here in hopes of making life a little easier for someone in the future.The broader concept of this application is to provide an adaptation of a talent profile or social media site. It should provide a framework to compile information about each subject from multiple sources and present it in a simple user interface. To make this fun I'm going to initially pull data about Ru Paul's Drag Race drag queens from Fandom.
