Comparing the performance of popular language runtimes

I am writing a series of blogs on using different languages to access Oracle databases [eg Python, Node.js, Rust and Julia]. Eventully, I want to compare the performance of various languages accessing Oracle. But first I wanted to get a performance baseline for some popular language runtimes.
