If you're reading this months after that happened, most of the things described here could be no longer relevant.Stripe has finally open-sourced their long-awaiting static type checker for Ruby—Sorbet. I've been waiting for this for more than a year since it was first announced.To be honest, I'm not a big fan of type annotations, or more precisely, I'm on the "I hate type annotations" side.
