We’re done with it.The emergence of tools like React shifted programmers away from writing HTML, instead writing JSX, a fancier tag-based markup language that worked nicely inside your JavaScript.Backends were then relegated to being dumb JSON API endpoints. Or if you were fancy and chasing upvotes, you’d use GraphQL!But HTML? Yuck!.
