Porting Ruby to Crystal

Code review aside, this desire to have a binary CLI was inspired from a very real work situation where we had a CLI utility and not surprisingly it was damaged from some gem and dependency problems. Mainly, if I use (consume as a user) the slop gem it’s in my bundle.
